I serve as Product Manager for Red Hat Certificate System, Red Hat Directory Server, and Identity Management. My work focuses on shaping the product vision for enterprise identity and security platforms, partnering with engineering teams to architect secure software solutions, and driving cross-functional initiatives across engineering, documentation, and support teams.

Background

Before moving into product management, I spent over 8 years as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Red Hat, specializing in PKI and two-factor authentication as an Identity and Access Management expert.

Prior to Red Hat, I worked on PKI initiatives for the Department of Defense, ensuring FIPS 140-2 compliance and implementing certificate status protocols for DISA Operations Group. My career began in systems administration and engineering roles, where I built expertise in Linux environments, automation, and infrastructure security.
